Bring real-world learning
into your classroom
Connect with local professionals who are ready to support student learning and bring real-world experiences to your students.

The value of career-connected learning
Career-Connected Learning goes beyond job preparation — it helps students build lives filled with purpose, agency, and opportunity.
Why CareerReady Lane
CareerReady Lane puts vetted, ready-to-engage partners in one place so you can focus on your students.

Streamlined connections
No more back and forth with partners whose availability you don’t know, or spending your time tracking them down.

Vetted partners
All partners complete a common background check, approved by every district Superintendent, through ODE, and sign a Partner Agreement before visiting schools.

Region-specific support
Partners pre-select the regions they’re willing to travel to, so you know they’re ready to work with your school.

How are industry partners vetted?
All partners complete a background check through ODE (approved by all district superintendents) and sign a Classroom Visitor Agreement before being matched with classrooms.
